The Castor (100 sqm) and Pollux (30 sqm) meeting rooms are extremely flexible and suitable for conferences, meetings, courses and events of every type. The major room, Castor, is ideal also for hosting banquets, parties and reunions. Our spaces are excellent for small weddings, communions and confirmations. Personalize your event, choose your menu and the décor. We will take care of the rest.
The rooms are attached to our delightful wine cellar, where, upon request, we can plan wine tastings with both local producers and well-known national wineries. Morning or afternoon tea and light lunches can be served within the cellar as well.
Meeting Room Setups:
Theater: Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures (up to 90 seats) that do not require extensive note taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be easily moved. Orators can be from one to 6 sitting persons.
Conference and Hollow Square: Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people in Castor Room. The Pollux Room can host up to 15 persons, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities and a flip chart.
E-shape, U-shape and T-shape: Appropriate for groups between 20 and 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual equipment is usually set up at the open end of the seating.
Rounds: Generally used for meals and sessions involving small group discussions. A five-foot-round table seats eight people comfortably, going up to maximum 80 persons.
Schoolroom or Classroom: The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures (maximum 50 persons). This configuration requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
Standing parties: ideal for light buffets, birthdays and other celebrations that may involve music or any other kind of entertainment. This way we can host up to 150 persons.
